Paul was initially engaged as a landscape designer and landscape contractor for this project offering a turnkey service for exterior works, this involved conceptual design right through to concrete work, jetty upgrades, extensive site contouring, plant selection and installation / maintenance of ready lawn.Mid way through the build Pauls expertise proved he could take on the role of Site Manager, this encompassed organisation of all project subcontractors, site safety and security, management of third-party suppliers for furniture and cabinetry, liaison with DCA Architects, Yvette Jay Interior Design and direct reporting to the client. Paul also undertook implementation of remaining items required by the Territorial Authority to close out Code of Compliance.Paul was a great asset to the project and helped to bring the build to the finish line in a professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him in this role for future projects.
