I just wanted to share how awesome Du Val Group of Management is. As many would be aware of their first class facilities already - be it Gym or Sauna/Swimming Pool (my fav.).One thing which really stood out to me was the property manager at Du Val Harriet Redman" and her accountability/agility to get things sorted for you. We never had any issues with her as she was so prompt to look after you and serve what is best for both the parties.I wish Harriet and Du Val all the best for many more interesting home projects and lastly

From the day of our viewing, the team at Du Val Portfolio Management has been nothing but amazing!!!Awesome customer service, very professional and easy-to deal with.Our property managers, Harriet and Michelle were very supportive and provided an exceptional service. Tani, the onsite manager was super friendly, supportive and working hard to keep the property and grounds clean and tidy.A big thank you to the team at Du Val Portfolio Management for everything and making our stay so easy and enjoyable. Have enjoyed everything about our apartment. Our property manager Harriet is awesome. Kept us up to date with all that we needed to know. The staff are friendly and the gym is amazing. Highly recommended. The only downfall is parking but can't moan cause the rent was cheap anyways.

Du Val Portfolio Management
I own an apartment at Lakewood which is a twin key and have this apartment managed by a Du Val agent. The first agent was not the greatest but since that has changed I am more than happy. I find Du Val does things different from my other rentals, but not so different that it is a problem. I do not have so much of a say in the new tenants but I trust Du Val to be professional and do the right thing. Generally I am pleased with the service I get from Du Val.

Thoroughly enjoyed almost 2 years living in the Lakewood Court building.Great property management and health facility staff, making it a positive and healthy lifestyle opportunity.The views and sunsets to the west are amazing and the history of Manukau Tamaki Makaurau provide moments only experienced from the balconies of the structure itself.
