Really poor customer service and failed to deliver and install the product in agreed time, twice. Terrible communication. Staff didn’t have knowledge of the products and were seriously unhelpful

Phone was faulty. Replacement phone was faulty - both within less than a week. Their take was we might refund you. They didn't. I still have a faulty phone and they don't give a sheet.

Noel Leeming, as a company, is a complete joke. They're unhelpful, don't know what's going on and leave the customer hanging without a care. Even had to get a refund for a television because they never deliver on time then second time round they tell us our guys are on their way but never show up.

No greeting, staff were very unhelpful and looked like they didn't even want to be here we had to wait after approaching 4 staff members for help. We will definitely not be returning

Very Good. Friendly personnel that were more interested in client satisfaction than making a sale. They didn't have what I was looking for and they promptly referred me to another store.

Find another store folks, rude unprofessional staff member & store manager.Rang & arranged for a mobile phone to be held till following morning, all was good, left my name & mobile number. When I got there after 35 mins drive, I was told I couldn't have the phone as they had changed the hold to someone else who had not long called & they didn't have her number to stop her making the journey. The assistant lied to her manager to cover her incompetence instead of admitting she had made an error.I did get the phone but only because I stood my ground & proved her lies. No apology, no thank you, she processed payment then walked away.I called head office but we'll see if anything is done.
