Pepe's Mexican Grill
The young lady (teenager) Chelseaya was unbelievably rude and took forever to bring our food out and take our orders. We were sat there for nearly 45 mins. Another young girl, tall with long blonde hair was the same. This experience was a while ago but I still can't stop thinking about it. Very disappointed.

I don't know what's going on with the cheese you guys use, but's gross. It use to be nice and melty, now 3-4 weeks since my last order, it looks like a big blob of fat and tastes absolutely disgusting. Literally just spent $60 to get the 25% on ubereats and it's all just gross, I can only enjoy the salsa and the guac. Had to literally open the chimichanga to try and remove most of the blobby cheese. The Quesadilla was the most digusting thing I've ever tasted, looked like a layer crêpe cake full of that horrendous excuse of a cheese. Never again.

I ordered these things using uber app. But i didnt get one of the order when i got. so i went the store. The staffs were really friendly and nice to me. They said sorry and gave me their food though it wasn’t even their fault.Thanks for your help so much. The food was amazing as well.

I was a regular customer & a big fan of their burritos. Don’t know what happened with the management or new ownership perhaps, those 13 years olds are cold and rude to the customers, several online orders were made incorrectly, size is half of what used to be. I continued to order food there with the expectations of things will improve eventually.. but it has gotten worse. Bye …

Had been to this outlet many times. They have good vegetarian options and the vegetarian burrito was my go-to option as it used to be very filling. The thing that impressed me the most about this outlet was its staff. I found the employees, especially Bailey and the other taller guy, to be very friendly, engaging in conversations while preparing the burrito. They were very considerate in changing their gloves before preparing my vegetarian burrito. As I was a regular here, they gave me a card, having some offers, which could be used about 7 times. I recommend this outlet to anyone who is into Tex-Mex food, looking for vegetarian options.

Crew member was so rude didn’t catch his name was ginger guy with moustache.. he took offence when I wasn’t open to conversation I didn’t realise I needed to? As I was leaving he said that’s good manners and I turned around and said to him I actually said see ya( as in see you later) I’m not sure what more this staff member wanted from me. Won’t be back

Food tastes horrible, I waited 20 minutes for something that should take 5. If you want your day to become slightly worse and throw away 30 bucks, come and visit Pepes Grill on Riccarton Ave.

I had an awesome experience with Pepe's Mexican Grill tonight, they always do an outstanding job. The staff working here are an absolute delight. I wanted to put a good word in for a girl named Chelsea working here as well. Thank you for making my experience so wonderful. :)
