This place is FRIGGIN AMAZING! This gym health club is straight out of New York City! You need a decent amount of money to join though - but my favourite gym by far. Quite an experience really!

I would highly recommend this gym. Great service, great staff and an awesome experience.The friendly community and the expert facilities are my personal favorite characteristics of this gym.-I've brought many of my mates in to check it out.Would recommend coming in to check it out for a one off fee of $29 as it is well worth it.The Gym Manager Johnny Smit is an awesome leader and great company.The owner Dan Hood is an all round top bloke and businessman.

Great facilities, awesome showers and changing rooms. However for someone who likes to come after 9pm , the sauna being closed and the drinks being in a locked fridge isn’t great.

I bought a day pass for $29 and it was well worth it. I had unlimited access to classes, and use of facilities and members area. There were complimentary snacks and drinks available. The Sauna and Plunge Pool were really nice.

Probably the most upscale gym I have ever been to. Everything is attention to detail and they even have charging plugs inside the lockers. Amazing!!!

This is such a great facility. It is on the expensive side but overall it is great value for money. The staff are friendly and helpful. The gym has everything you need and the yoga classes are great. Sauna and plunge pool are phenomenal for recovery and something different to this place. Keep up the great work IHF, huge fan.
