I would like to congratulate a young woman who helped my friend and I yesterday to select a gown for an award coming up in Auckland shortly.Her name is Ayla and I couldn't fault her attentive attitude, she showed us accessories, two of which we bought and then showed us other cool items that were on special. We bought four. So keep her on I say, I would have employed her in my business. Cheers

Great staff but not good manager

I came in last week and the assistant manager, Sophie was helping me. She was absolutely fantastic, she took me around the store and pointed out options she thought would look good on me and took them all to the change rooms. She was always checking on me to see if I needed a different size or if I was liking anything. It got busy and she ended up having to help a couple other people but it didn’t take away from my experience at all, she was still grabbing dresses for me and grabbing things I’ve already tried on and taking them for me, she was still making sure I was okay. I ended up buying a few things and every item was something Sophie suggested and something I would have never tried on. Sophie you were so great. Thank you
