Do not bother. Spoke to him for less than 5minutes due to his hostility. He needs to practice new business phone calls like asking the questions prior the customer speaking. For example; what's the issue and do you know the model number and if so what is it.In reply to Dave's reply -Never asked for someone perfect, just wanted the problem fixed.I was agitated because:1. After explaining what the issue was he started to lecture me agitatedly because I didn’t give him the model number straight away. He kept saying “I can’t do anything with a model number”. And I had all the information ready to go.2. When trying to give him the model number he kept talking over me and I even offered to send a photo to him if that was easier for him to understand the situation. He declined and proceeded to lecture me more about the model number - I'm an expert now.And no, definitely not or will ever be a customer. Got the washing machine fixed by another company that were super easy to deal with over the phone.

I called David about my washing machine not working and I gave him the model number and he knew exactly what the problem was and even how much it would cost me. He came the next day, repaired the washing machine and we had a good yarn. I’d recommend A1 washing machine servicing. Very reliable, punctual and smart service!

Called with model, serial & product code ready, told him what the problem was (fitting on the back) and he began a lecture on how each machine is a different size and saying 'a washing machine' wasn't enough. I tried saying multiple times i have all the info in front of me but he just proceeded to get louder and talk over me like he was angry at me. Only when I said thanks anyway mate

Dave seemed really keen to help and could come around same day. So I came home from work to meet him at the time he suggested. He never showed. I rang him twice and got voicemail. When I finally got him he told me his phone was playing up. He blamed me because I should have given him my apartment number. He had only written down the street number. For this oversight he told me I was so dumb" and hung up. I quite understand when phones go on the blink but perhaps Dave could have used another one. There's an idea. Maybe I'm not as dumb as he thinks. I wonder if Dave was having a bad day. Either that or he needs some customer service training.UPDATE: Dave called me once he saw my review. He was sorry for the situation and referred me to a colleague who did an excellent job. Good on Dave for putting things right."

Rude person. I asked a second time for the total quote price because I didn’t hear him correctly and he said “there is only one definition for “total””. So condescending. I did not use this person but paid more at another company who were far more respectful.

I called the 0800 number and the message said he wasn’t available but gave a number for Yong - 021311168. It was late so I sent him a text last night.Yong rang first thing this morning to check a few details and he turned up at 2pm as arranged. Amazing!He saw the issues with my 10yr old F&P washing machine immediately, checked I was ok with what he suggested and the price before proceeding. He then stayed while a load went through with zero issues (yay, it’s been weeks of issues) $350 and it’s like brand new.Totally recommend, Yong is awesome and really knows his stuff.

David followed up on my email request with a phone call and organised and appointment to fit in with my schedule. He turned up on time and fixed my washing machine quickly and effectively. Great work!

Called Dave only to be shunted off fairly quickly due to him being too busy. He did not even suggest someone to contact that might be able to help me. When i proceeded to ask who might be able to help me, he hung up. I respect busyness, but it does not allow for rudeness.

David is one of a kind! ! I could not be happier with his services ! He is so knowledgeable and happy to educate me in looking after my machine. If your looking for someone who is open and honest and straight up! This is your man. Not to mention you find out the cost before he arrives and there are no hidden costs! Great stuff David.
