Always an awesome service with good honest advice. Have been going to Pit Stop for 3 + half years for WOF, vehicle service, any problem since moving here 2019. Nothing seems to be a problem to this Team.Cathy 2023

I called in and discussed the problem with my vehicle and within a very short time the staff had a solution for repair, a cost for the repairs and a booking to fix. Great service and staff.Completely recommend.Barry Cooper.

Highly recommend these guys. Lovely staff, the mechanic was a top bloke who was happy to show me the part he fixed and gave a clear breakdown of the work done on my car. Reasonable prices. They don't offer courtesy cars but I have no issue working around this. They will definitely be my new Go-to...

Although the business was fully booked and busy they still did a fantastic job on my brakes at an affordable cost. The workmanship exceeded what I paid for and the person had taken time out of his busy schedule to show and explain to me about the job he had just completed on my brakes. It was explained carefully and easily for me to understand while using a prop to help me visualize what? Where? And how? He fixed the problem areas and also gave extra tips on what signs to look for when the Tim came to get new brake shoes etc. I highly recommend this business especially due to the professionalism and hospitality given. They also have an awesome receptionists who knows what she is talking about when it comes to cars, she is very approachable and welcoming. First impressions always last, top lady. They have a great rest room in an area where you can see the workers performance on your vehicle... 100/100 GREAT PLACE, GREAT SERVICE.

My main question is do you guys have a grace period and if so what is it? We were 15 minutes late at maximum due to heavy road works and came from 40 minutes away. To our surprise we had our service cancelled and they began another job that was not penciled in for another 15 minutes after we had arrived so was rather frustrating if I am honest. Understandable that you may have assumed we werent coming but to laugh in his face when he arrived and then proceed to give us no reschedule time after you started another job 15 minutes early.. its just interesting. If you don’t have a grace period thats fine but maybe next time state that in a confirmation email or phone call. Thankfully a workshop down the road took us in happily and also were confused about the situation.
