BOC gas is completely useless at after sales service, They do not answer their phone and fail to follow up on commitments to replace rusty consumables that are not fit for service. if I could give a zero stars I would.

Terrible service. You will get trapped and not allowed to cancel and make their customers pay for the company's mistakes. No communication between workers and can't keep their paperwork together.Useless as they come. So feel free to sign up if you want to be trapped paying for their mistakes.

We had a very important project to get done with a massively tight deadline. The team at the Petone branch went above and beyond on a Friday evening to make sure that we were all setup and ready to go for the weekend. Very big thanks to you guys, awesome service.

The guys in the shop are awesome! Very helpful, unfortunately I left something in the shop.... 45 minutes later still trying to get in touch as BOC only have a very irritating 0800 number! I do not need to talk to someone in Auckland! A direct line to stores would be helpful.
