poorly managed company, on hold for 10-20 minutes each time you call, do not empty bins when they advise. even try to double charge you

promised pickup for more than a week, had to call them multiple times.too hard to work withand not really care about your property -> run a post over not even saying anything

Worst customer service we have ever experienced! Took forever to sort out direct debits, even with me following up every couple of weeks it still wasn’t done, despite them confirming it was sorted, only to then charge us for the months they didn’t sort it out. Ended up going with a new bin company. Not a happy customer!
