Went to sisters beauty in centre place today. Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had. I got a eyebrow wax and tint. She missed so many hairs but also took so much off the top. No care and effort put into it. My hair is blonde so I specifically asked for light brown tint. She left it on so long it went dark brown. Lack of experience. Fast job. Would not recommend

My mum purchased vouchers from Manukau branch for myself and my sisters as the store appeared to be visibly nice.My sister and I read through the reviews which are quite disturbing and decided not to take the risk of experiencing the same.We went in store to request a refund however this was declined even after explaining our reason. We were recommend to explore the shop instead.We tried to use the voucher in the store however they had a couple bottles of what looked like old creams. We were advised we would have more options online. We tried to order online but when it came to checkout it asked for giftcard number but there was nothing on the card. We tried to call the shop but call went unanswered all day. Based on the reviews and our experience trying use the vouchers I definitely wouldn't recommend use of this service and definitely don't purchase vouchers.BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!

Visit them regularly for eyebrow treading and waxing.My skin is very sensitive and alway end up getting cuts everywhere I go for eyebrows , Sangita did it very carefully and was very gentle with her treading.No matter where I am I make sure to visit only them.Highly Recommended.

I don’t recommend going to them… I went in a couple weeks to get my eyebrows done and some of the tinting product got onto my white hoodie which was new and it completely ruined it… all she said was I’m sorry… I tried everything to get the stain off my hoodie but it just wouldn’t come off… I’m very upset about that cause I just recently bought it…

First I would say the place looks amazing !I then was happy with the greeting from the worker , but my problem is that I just got my lashes done yesterday afternoon about 3pmI got the individual classics , the looked good on me but today I am starting to notice that they are falling apart , the we’re not put on properlyI will not be coming back .

Pretty disappointed in the service I experienced tonight. When I entered the store, around 6.30pm there was no one else waiting - I took a seat as per the sign that said if there is no one attending the front desk please take a seat. I sat and waited patiently for over 30 minutes, while waiting the waiting room started to get busier.Finally after a discussion between others waiting, someone came out and greeted us. I expected to see clients leaving as we were waiting and could hear lots of laughing and chatting however to my surprise there was 3+ staff at the back and no other clients.I then got a wax treatment, which was fine but when I went to pay I got charged $75 dollars - she said this was because my hair was long.I disputed this and then she charged me 60, and said this was the price for clients who have returned to the service as I have used sisters before and my hair was not that long.Upon coming home and checking the prices myself I have seen she has in fact charged me $10 over.Unacceptable, and disappointed about a place I have previously loved. I will be sure to tell my friends and family about the poor service and over charging clients for services.

Excellent service from Jeet, had my threading done eyebrows, upper lip and chin and she did an amazing job highly recommend and will be a returning customer. Thanks team.

Always loved this place.the perfect eyebrows evrytime.they even do appointments by dropping them an email.Its more convenient than waiting for ur turn at the parlour. Decent staff, professional, make you feel comfortable , cleanliness and good work. Always going to this place in Westfield manukau.

DONT recommend. I went to get lash removal today and the lady who did it almost didn’t take out the last few extensions if I didn’t tell her about it… there’s still leftover bulked-up glue residue left on my lashes and she said it will come off over the next few days… so what’s the point of a lash removal ??? SHE CHARGED ME $20 for it which was fine I just wanted to get out, now that I checked my acc they took $30??? I could’ve went somewhere better and did this fml
