My phone needed a new screen and a new protective cover. Ramandeep quickly ordered it and contacted me as soon as it arrived. Excellent friendly service. Thank you. I will be back. PS This Phone Zone is under new management. If you have previously been disappointed, give them another try as it is very different now!

Asked for shatterproof screen protector to be fitted, left my phone with them while it was done, come back and was told a better one" had been fitted only to find today after droping my phone and having my screen smash ( which has NEVER happened with previous proper protectors I have had fitted ) that a flimsy piece of plastic was fitted simar to those that your phone comes with factory. Now I'm up for a new screen because I was sold something that was not what I asked for and was not fit for the purpose of which I stated ! Thanks for a massive expense due to your negligence and blatant lies!"

Hi is very good to me.Fixed my phone two times within 30 mint.Excellent service in the northland mall.

Sold me a gel screen protector which after 12 hours of use was already peeling off by itself so it was replaced under warranty for a privacy glass screen protector which had streaking lines down the screen. I searched the reason for this and it came under a manufacturer error from the factory. From what I searched the lines are actually bad for your eyes to look at as well and that the protector should be removed. Tried to ask if I could have this replaced as I was sold bad product but was refused. Initially had good service but at the end it was pretty awful. I don’t like being sold bad/faulty product. Waste of my $40 and could’ve just gone for a regular glass screen protector from the start but instead both of the employees up sold me for two items that didn’t serve their purpose.

Raman was very efficient. She replaced the badly cracked screen and protector on my Huawei Nova 3i mobile phone. She was working all by herself on a very busy Saturday. She said it would take an hour, but I realised that she would probably need more time so I said I would come back in two hours. She looked so relieved and said it was best if I could allow more time, so the glue would dry and cure properly. When I returned to collect my phone it looked brand new and I was thrilled. I can confidently recommend Raman, so please ask for her. Finally, after reading the reviews here, I would suggest to the OWNERS of this business that their staff should be better supported by them and new systems introduced to ensure that staff do not feel pressured to try to make impossibly quick repairs. Nowadays the mobile phone has become an essential tool and I was more than happy to wait a little longer to get a quality result. I am sure other customers will be too. Thank you again Raman.
