Don't trust this store for online orders. Placed one via the app as it says closing at just past midnight, go to collect at 10:45 and turn up to find the drive thru and doors closed. Call the store and manager adv that they closed at 10:30 (Saturday) and nothing can be done until tomorrow morning. Took my details for a refund when they reopen but a bit frustrating that there's no signage about this and they're still accepting orders with no way to fulfill them.Not the first time their opening hours don't match what's advertised so I'm assuming staff is an issue

I just waited 20 MINUTES in the drive through for 3 ice cream sundaes. Not even exaggerating. I dont understand how its possible to be this slow when there are only 4 cars in front of you! When we got our icecreams they were only half full in the container. Entire staff needs serious training. DONT GO HERE

Absolute trash. Closes before the advertised time, directs you to drive through, then tells you they are closed. Zero stars if I could. Sort it out.

Great place for fast food, with some options of health ones. We went on Boxing Day and the place was packed. I was going to give a lower grade , the service was decent and it was dirty not because of the employees, but because of the customers who didn’t dispose their left overs in the rubbish bin, leaving many tables full of cups and stuff. They should be aware this is a fast pace environment which relies on their customers to keep it clean.

Nice staff and good place. Tables are a bit dirty though. Good food and fast service. Background music is slightly too loud.

The place was trashed, food, glasses and napkins all over the floor and tables, the drink area was filthy and no employee seem to bother cleaning, even some taking a break near dirty tables, like it s all good...... Never thought New Zealand was like this...... Disappointed.

Was rather disappointing to be fair. The food was below average, though bk tauranga it seems to be the normal average. The drinks tasted dusty, and usually I'm fighting a 1 a 2 and a 4 year old for talking space. They were instead fighting the staff for talking opportunity.
