The family and i got some fish and chips from here, i got the akaroa cod it was beautiful and had the right amount of batter. The rest of the family just got the standard fish they said it was a bit dry. The chips were dry. Their scoop of chips are big so that was nice but now have heaps of left overs. Would recommend some of the food

Love the fish, awesome batterChips can be a hit or miss, not sure if its different cooks, but sometimes they're really good, others a bit overdone. But over all, a good place to go!!Will keep going back!!

Apauling behaviour towards clients argued the point with me they don't have a website 14 dollars nearly for a fish the size of nothing which is not what it said b4 I ordered doesn't taste that great will NEVER go back

The Garlic Chips are AMAZING! I return every time for these as a treat and they never disappoint.I felt that the fish I got once was a little small compared to elsewhere and for the price but it tasted nice enoughHaven’t tried the rest of the menu but seems standard!

The size of the servings are great and recommend to all and the service is average the staff needs to pay a lot more attention to their customers and the atmosphere is it's abit too small in the shop as when it's busy you need to wait outside for your order as there is not enough room in the shop to wait.Also had takaways tonight and they were great the half scoop was like a full scoop and I had a chicken burger and all it was is a chicken pattie (processed meat) but if they did a chicken fillet it would of been the upper most enjoying meal I will definitely go back to this place for takaways good for a small budgetI would ask Coppell place seafoods that they put an UpTo date menu on this google description as it would be good to know what their exact prices in case we want to do a phone orderTheir food eg fish and chips are amazing!!

We are not going to the Coppel Street Fish and Chip Shop Very Rud and uncaring .When burnt Corn-patty and Very Greasy Fish and Chips .We stunned at the Owners Rudeness NOT going there again
