Have had parcels sitting in their depot for days waiting for delivery. I asked to speak to the manager last time this happened and he came with a driver after hours to deliver our item which was much appreciated, but I shouldn't have had to chase them. I feel sorry for the people who use them for their freight services. Don't they realise that we can now track our items :-(

very friendly and helpful staff in the office and shed. They were able to give me a tracking number. I made 2 phone calls to depot, told the package would arrive in NP before morning and to phone back after 9am the next day. We arranged to pick up the 50 kg box from the New Plymouth depot, the office girl gave us high vis vests and using an aerial photo on the wall explained how to find the shed on site to pick up the the package and fork lift even used to put package on the back of our ute

My item has been sitting at the New Plymouth Depot since the 02 May 2022 ITS OW THE 8th June 2022I spoke to A lady on the customer service line, on the 02/5/22 . For an update of delivery time and day. She phoned Bell Block branch in New Plymouth and advised me it would be delivered on the Thursday 5th May 20222 . After waiting all day it didn’t arrive and no contact to advise it wouldn’t. So I phoned again the following week I was then advised that they only deliver Tradetested items on a Saturday and it would be here on Saturday the 14th May 2022 if they have time, if not it would definitely be here on Saturday the 21st May 2022 . After waiting home all day yet again no item or no communication .I phoned again the week of the 23rd May 2022 and was told the same empty promise.It is now the 8th June 2022 and I still do not have my item and no contact has been made from Toll.I have finally had contact from Tradetested today as I advised them I would not purchase from them again due to the “ SLACK SERVICE FROM TOLL THEY ARE ABSOLUTELY USELSS HERE IN NEW PLYMOUTH .Finally got my shed after it sitting at the New Plymouth depot for just over six weeks . When they delivered it ,it was smashed / broken on the bottom were they had put the forks of the fork lift through the shed . So have had to spend extra time sorting with Tradetested.

Going by track n trace my parcels have been sitting in the New Plymouth depo for over 36 hours, from been delivered over night from Tolls Auckland branch. No phone call, no emails, nothing on why the delay. Tried ringing but they don't answer their phones, only voice mail... Don't use if you want a quick delivery.

Told a parcel would arrive Monday so called. Waited on hold for 25 minutes. Gave up. Requested a call back. Didn't get one. Tuesday called both New Plymouth office and Head office. Still no one answering or doing callbacks.Just finally now got through and apparently it has been delivered to depot but I have not been notified. Head office says they'll email them and call me back, but this consignment wasn't even registering when I checked track and trace on website. I feel sorry for the employees as it seems their systems just aren't up to standard.And after three days I went to pick up the parcel and they told me to go home to get a trailer as it was very large. Arrived after swapping to a much larger vehicle and then they told me it was the small one!!Check the other reviews. They seem to all tell the same story. .

Toll Taranaki doesn't even deserve 1star. Worst service ever!! This is the 2nd time.. the 1st time I gave them the benefit of the doubt. That time was b4 covid too! They dont deliver your parcel, they leave it at the warehouse where no one is ever there, and no direct phone number, to organise a pick up. Toll answer service sends them emails that they don't reply to. I have no idea why people still use them. They can't blame it on covid.. although probably will to continue their holiday! 19 days it took to be delivered.. that is from the time it arrived at destination branch to goods delivered. In those 19 days.. I couldn't get hold of anyone so I could go and pick up my parcel.

Toll are absolutely useless i have had goods sitting in New Plymouth Warehouse since 11/4 now 2/5 despite 5 phone calls to call center they are still there. Don't purchase from any company that uses Toll for delivers, i purchased from trade tested never again

Very slow service, parcels take days to get here, other couriers are overnight... terrible service!
