Our house was damaged by the flood in last January. Carpets, half of the gib walls, kitchen cabinets and benchtop, showers and toilets, hot water cylinder, wardrobes, doors and floor tiles needed to be replaced. Fortunately, Chen and his team were able to have them all restored in 3 months’ time including repainting the walls and ceilings as well as installing a new drainage system in front of the house. Whenever there was an issue that needed to be fixed, Chen was quick to respond and got it resolved asap. Chen is always quick to reply to any query and would go an extra mile to ensure the renovation job is completed properly. Happy to recommend his company for any renovation projects.

Great experience working with Chen and the team, provided quick response and great service. Line of communication was always maintained and overall very happy with the work done. We had a house built and drainage work at our other property along with roofing, bathroom upgrades and they handled that perfectly.

I used Chen and his team for 2 Reno projects. The first was a small bathroom renovation and that was done on time and well, but unfortunately, the second job (garage renovation) is the total opposite of the smaller bathroom Reno. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for bigger jobs, the garage Reno is 7 months behind schedule, the workmanship is so so poor and had to be re-done (painting, flooring etc) multiple times. Now we have a mould/leak issue that I have had to take up with Master builder dispute. Very disappointed as the first experience with a small quick job was a positive one, but I totally DO NOT recommended for anything bigger than a simple bathroom Reno.

What a time to build (COVID) but Chen made the experience as hassle free as possible, challenging times but we got through with no major hiccups due to good organising with Homelandnz.Few little miscommunication errors but was sorted out no problem.Certainly recommend Chen and his team for your next build or Reno-.Very Happy with our new build 5 bedroom Remuera.

I have done renovation with Chen 2 houses. Works were going smoothly. I had faulty with electrician parts but Chen helped me to sort it out. He was a good guy and easy to deal with. I will look forward to work with him again next time. This company is highly recommended.
