Woodburner Removal - We recently had a very old woodburner and hearth removed and the results from this company were excellent. Communication with Chris from the get go was prompt and clear and he worked in with us around timeframes which were convenient for us to do the job. On the actual day Chris and Mike completed the job to the highest standards. They were highly skillful, really courteous and left the area immaculate. We cannot speak highly enough of them. Chris advised that he was on his way and then went around the task of taking the dish down. He careful during the dismantling of the dish especially since it was so close to our house. He even covered up the concrete used to hold the pole so it was well covered in soil and also advised me about it. Very professional and quick and tidy job. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Chris was in constant contact from the get-go, even emailing to confirm that the weather was expected to be good on the day the woodburner and flue were to be removed. Loose bricks on the chimney were removed and the chimney was perfectly sealed. The fireplace was thoroughly cleaned after the firebox was pulled out and taken away for recycling (don't have to worry about a dirty old firebox and flue for inorganic collection). Chris completed the job with emailed photos and a Decommission Certificate - nice touch. I can recommend using Chris' service if you have an old woodburner that needs to be removed. Chris removed our old wood burner, hearth, flue and the old aerials on my roof. He came to do a preliminary inspection to be sure of what type of tiles were need to close the hole. He even scheduled the work to be done when the weather was clear.He had to replace two purlins that were removed when the flue was installed and he replaced the tiles to cover the hole where the flue was. I was concerned about how the soot would dirty my interior but he was so clean and efficient! He even took it all away.If your looking for a professional job from a honest tradie - this is your guy!
