We went for WOF and they failed our car and quoted $850 for wheel bearing hub + $150 to replace Sun visor. (Another mechanic only charged us $360 for wheel bearing hub)They are overpriced and difficult to communicate with. Totally unprofessional WOF inspectors.Service has gone down the drain since the new owners took over.

I went to View Motors for the first time today and I will definitely be a returning customer. The whole customer service experience was exceptional. The team were happy to book me in the next morning at super late notice, they were super quick at inspecting my car, the most affordable place I’ve ever been to for WOFs and they were super generous and sincere. Such genuine people! Highly recommend :)

Very good and professional service. My glass was broken on Thursday an d drove to View Motor on Friday. The boss Gary is a very nice guy and he managed to get the quote of the glass and submit to AA within the same day. AA called me on Saturday and approved, on next Monday the window is fully replaced. Very efficient service. And they did help me to clean the back seat and I cannot find any broken glass left. Thank you Gary!

Tried to come in for a WOF and the new owner kept on pushing my booking back and just wasted my time. Then said he cancelled my booking because I apparently did not come in. But I called him before I was about to come in and he said not to come in that day. I was a loyal customer before the New ownership and I will not come back now. This is not how customer service is done.

Had a flat tyre and wrong wheel brace, to the rescue came View Rd Glenfield, dropped everything and did it straight away, and wouldnt take any money. I'll be going there to support him with my WOF and mechanical needs.

Professional and reliable team. The main mechanic Jeff is a good communicator and look after your car well. The new owner seemed nice and honest too. I know they are quite busy all time so booking in essential. Recommend if you are after reliable and honest service.
