I was looking,in for a particular type of shirt and found it at Farmers and got it on sale with 57% discount. I also picked up new prescription glasses at SpecSavers and as usual got excellent service.

Raced into Farmers (Nor west) to update my foundation. However I had my product wrong name. Any other assistance could have said- no, we don't have that, but Mina (beautiful Persian woman) went the extra mile to find out what I actually wanted, and sourced the product from another counter.Her gracious manner throughout, reminded me that purchases for myself deserve to be less hurried and to enjoy taking time for me.

Dakota here was really helpful, helping us several times and going out of the way to assist us in finding the products we needed. Neelam at the Steven's checkout counter too with her warm smile is worth a mention too. Cannot say much about other staff here who just tend to ignore and not provide an ounce of guidance. As for the choice of clothing there was a lot and with the red dot sale, making purchases become oh so worth the value.

I felt extremely belittled by one of the ladies at the perfume department, the sales lady was of Iranian descent. Treated me so horribly and called me a lier for wanting to exchange a gift that I already had a gift card for. Assumed the perfume was used because she opened it and could smell the perfume! How ridiculous. When I suggested opening another box of the same gift and smelling that as it would be the exact same she refused and called the manager who then happily exchanged my item and wasn’t very happy with the rude staff member either. I have shopped at farmers for decades and this was the first time experiencing such horrible service. I did send the management an email who dealt with this but I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else which is why I needed others to know of my experience.

I had a very bad experience when going to buy perfume for my partner. The lady was super rude and not helpful at all. She had an accent and a bit hard to understand at times but anyway she seemed like she had a constant attitude. Left without buying anything as I did not want to spend my money at a place with such bad customer service.

June 2023As usual when we visit this Farmers store it is always clean and well presented. The staff in the department that we visited were most helpful in answering our product questions.
