I’ve used Jaes Dunedin at least 8 times in the past few years. All the staff are all really friendly and extremely professional. They always do something extra which is a nice touch. They’ve left me a sample bottle of cleaner and a card etc on this occasion. Other times they’ve cleaned a seat or cushion that wasn’t quoted. Great value and a reliable business.They also offer a 24 hour emergency service!They travel to Taieri Mouth for us and the travel charge is minimal. Thanks Team. Regards Mike.

A massive thank you to the Jae's Dunedin Team! From the get go the Jae's Team were friendly, welcoming and straight onto finding the right solution that worked for the property. Worked commenced the next day and although we had a 'hiccup' from my end, with no power property in the morninig like we initially plan. True to form Jae's just rolled with the punches and rescheduled for later that after. Nothing was a drama and although I presented them with a last minute challenge they took it in their stride and made it all happen.Customers service from everyone I dealt was outstanding. They simply exceeded my expectations and raised the bar!Thank you for job well done. Keep up the amazing work and I'll be reaching out again in the future!

Just had Kieran from JAEs around and WOW amazing he did such a great job at removing tough stains even one that's over a year old! have had other carpet cleaners around that have tried to get the stains out and had no luck. Would highly recommend and nice to see someone so positive about their work. Will 100% be calling JAEs next time have any spills. (Also cheaper than the insurance excess)

Michelle and her team were hired to clean our house after some very dusty renovations. I have a usual weekly domestic cleaner with another company, but Michelle from Jae did the best cleaning job I've ever seen. The house has never been cleaner. No corner, picture frame, or surface was overlooked, and afterwards everything was so bright and tidy. I highly recommend Michelle and her team from Jae for any cleaning and will definitely hire them again.

I've used JAE twice now, once for carpet cleaning and once to dry out a room. They are incredibly professional, friendly and thorough. Their level of customer service from office to technician is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Carpet in one room still wet. Have had other technicians here but no solutions. Not paying. Have used Jaes for years...they need to train carpet cleaners more efficiently and have a stable mature team.I wish to reply to the response from the manager. This response is personal unprofessional and rude. I note when you have been given previous bad reviews you have replied with courtesy and respect...almost solution focused. I do not understand why I was not given the same courtesy as a long standing customer. I have used Jaes for years with never an issue. Advice to future customers...avoid the unprofessional general manager at the Dunedin office and deal directly with the technicians. They are lovely and respectful although some too inexperienced.The general manager disconnected my phone conversation with no immediate recall to apologize. I have raised my concerns with the owner who resides in Central Otago to be met with a horrid email. I have always used and recommended Jaes..never again. Management are rude unprofessional and have no idea of customer service or kindness. I was under the impression this company was grounded in a sense of religious community. These principles do not appear to extend to the general public. This retort by the general manager and the email from the owner will not go unnoticed. And I still have wet sticky carpet.

Last July we had some damage with flooding as busy as they were they came and brought 2 heaters to dry out because the other contractors took so long they checked in monthly now March they have done the repairs .Nikita (sorry if not correct spelling) has been amazing thanks to all
