I am giving an honest review of the work performed when I had a dishwasher installed. I have all the emails, texts etc so this is an honest review and to let people know my experience.The plumber turned up on time and installed the dishwasher. Subsequently, the switchboard kept tripping. Called an electrician who discovered water had been introduced to the plug for the dishwasher, causing the tripping.The plumber agreed to offset the cost of the electrician’s invoice. But this caused me to wait around all day for the issue to be fixed.Used the dishwasher about 5 times, then it wouldn’t drain. The plumber refused to come and fix the issue until I paid the invoice.I paid the invoice but the plumber still refused to come and remedy the dishwasher until the funds had cleared.I decided to use another company as the text messages we’re becoming hostile.I told the plumber I was using another company and received an abusive text in reply.The new plumbers came and checked the dishwasher and said; pipe had not been glued correctly, the back pipe had kinked because the dishwasher had been improperly placed in the cavity and the shelf had not been properly positioned. This causing the drainage issue.I normally get amazing service from tradespeople and want to support small businesses. So was taken aback by the service I received.I was also upfront and honest about the issues I had and gave them ample opportunity to rectify the issue and communicate with me. We all make mistakes - but it was the failure to rectify the mistake and the abusive text message which spurred me to write this review.

Awesome job i am in an HNZ apartment complex and just a fantastic professional the man was, that did the callout.much recommended.
