Best service I've ever had. Andrew and Dave were the nicest, most professional, efficient, kind, and knowledgeable engineers and technicians we've ever seen. They came on time. They kindly assessed our needs and had our new dryer up and running in 40 minutes within arrival to our home. Thank you so much ESI ! Made appointment only 2 days before they came.

Called for oven repair and first they said it would be $270 as we needed 2 technicians for a double oven. When I said I’d call around they said one would do and would be $160. They came and told my partner they needed to order a part. One week later didn’t hear from them so called and they said they had to get in touch with manufacturer as the serial # on oven was worn so they couldn’t order the part. No timeline given. One month later haven’t heard from them. Would not recommend at all.

Great work done by Soli and Rahul as they were on time and they did a pretty good job in sizing up on how to install our washing machine and fridge. They also managed to recommend other products in buying for future reference. Really happy on how the 2 of them worked with each other to sort out our appliances installation. Great job guys!

Requested them to repair a dishwasher. Their technician came but couldn’t fix it. Not heard from them in 4 months then suddenly gave me an invoice of $161 for coming and failed at their job. Worst experience I’ve ever had.

All they do is that they don't bother diagnosing your machine. They just tell you that they can't fix it and try to sell their appliances. Don't trade with those fraudsters.

Took over a month to get the actual repair completed ! Wish I’d looked at all the other one star reviews this company has earned , nothing wrong with the repair person , just the rude lazy office staff who care more about collecting prepayment than getting the job booked in a timely manner,Had to follow up to get repair person back to fix washing machine , get part ordered and be aware they will charge you a second call out fee to come back and finish the original job you paid them to do

We have been unfortunate to get the dishwasher repaired by ESI appliance service since they are preferred repairer of Miele. Always have to follow them up to get any update on your job, always hundreds and hundreds of excuses. Customer services representative is not rude by extremely unwelcoming. The dishwasher is with them for nearly 2 months so far. I call them every two weeks to get an update. They emailed me to the wrong address - no one bothered to call back and confirm the correct one claiming it takes two!!! weeks for the email to bounce back to them. I would rate them minus 10 if I could.
