Absolute rubbish service here. 13 days to get a parcel that is in the depot already but nobody available to look for it . I'm running a business that requires my stock on time . These local staff are not helpful at all infact they seen just not to care. I can appreciate staff shortages etc blar blar blar but come on 13 days and counting . Very annoyed and disappointed.

Consistently terrible service. Weekly food boxes often not delivered until the day after stated delivery date (whith chilled food inside!) the latest parcel I am now tracking down myself as it has been sitting at the whangarei depot for 3 weeks....faster to just collect it myself. :-(

i bank there quite often when ever i go back to whangarei now and again because its only 5 minutes minutes run walk or 3 Minutes on my bike plus its really handy the staff are very helpful and friendly especially when your a regular customer becomes they really get to know you really well

For some reason, CourierPost (Now rebranded as NZ Post) is very slow to deliver in Whangarei. Many times now, I have found when tracking a parcel, my item arrives at the Whangarei depot within a day, but then languishes at the depot for days. I will see changes status to with courier for delivery"

2 times now the driver has come. Both times no parcel just a note to pick it up. The first time it was dropped off i was reversing out my drive. The driver was parked in our neighbor's driveway and seen me coming out but still proceeded to put a note in my mailbox. When i go to pick it up it is still with the driver. Yes we have a dog and i stated in the 'delivery instructions' he will be tied up and just to leave the parcel. I waited all day for the courier driver all to find out he already came and left a note in the mailbox.

I waited way too long for a collection (currently at a week) of a package. I have waited several days, not knowing whether I can go out (I ticked the someone will be at home box). I've spoken to them three times on the phone, and have had no success so far. Incredibly poor service.

Went to pick up a Christmas package and was very pleasantly surprised. These guys are super busy this time of year but they were fantastic. A pleasant smile and greeting and an apology for maybe taking a while to find my package. I was in and out in about 5 minutes.

Not even worthy of a 1 star rating. Since when is it okay for delivery drivers to pick up children? Or sit in your driveway and toot the horn for YOU to go out and collect your package? Even with video and photo evidence, this branch and its managers refuse to acknowledge my concerns; in fact, I've been denied postal services without the courtesy of a letter explaining why. I'm told to collect my mail from the depot. When the NZ postal service stoops to this kind of low, you know change is needed!
