It was first time to use their service and last time, disappointed.. Poor communication and overcharged invoice for unfinished job. However one additional star for the GOODWILL 10% discount offer. ($26.55) Fair enough?? This could be a much better outcome, like my favorite shop in NELSON which is way quicker, cheaper and smarter.

So far so good! Went the extra mile to sort out my electrical problem on my camper. Downloaded circuit diagram from network and communicated with English suppliers to get info and order new CPU. Good communication and good service.

Nearly $300 to charge my battery overnite, Had fight with them for a month, to b realistic about price, they wouldn't even discount it a little, tried to reason with them, but they were really pigheaded about, no sure deal, so in the end I payed, but not at all happy, they had my truck for the nite, and charged me $280, to charge battery ,ripped off, so don't go there. U have been warned. Ps, check your records for end Feb, early March, then tell us all, that I'm wrong. I was last there 1 March.

Total amateurs. Failed to follow cables for a campervan switch. Had to go back to get the job completed. Didn't call with an estimate, gouged me on a final invoice. Left plastic cable jackets and bits of tape in my van. Avoid. Additionally way over quoted me for a very simple relay for my campervan. Shop around before you hire this outfit.Edit June, 6th 2023: Love how these guys replied to the feedback 2 years later. Not sure you'd even remember me.
