Be careful if you shop online from this retailer. It was a real struggle to get a refund out of them for a returned purchase as they say they will only refund if the garment is the wrong size. They had sent me the right size but it was too big! How is a customer going to know if the purchase is right for them until you try it on! I won’t be shopping with The Frock Shop again.

Had so much fun when shopping at the Frock Shop. Tried several items and the sales assistant was so friendly very helpful and completely honest in her thoughts which is what we would all like when shopping. Eventually walked out with 3 items, very happy.

Lovely staff member and I love the dress I purchased. Disappointing though to show it to a friend on the internet and find it significantly cheaper online and in other stores. I try to support local but next time I will compare prices first.
