Both times I asked for zero sugar and both times they gave me full sugar. Four Boba teas went down the drain as I am diabetic and couldn't drink them.

Both times I have gone they have run out of boba pearls. Great service, probably not going to go back cause they will have no pearls.

The best gong Cha store I’ve been to ! Super friendly staff, clean environment and welcoming energy. The location is convenient as there’s a lot of food places around the area so we just went in for some bubble tea after dinner on dom road. There’s quite a few bubble tea options to choose from but the staff are really helpful in recommending some options based on your preference. As someone who is dairy free, it’s awesome that they have so many dairy free options to choose from. My personal favourite is the popular QQ Passionfruit green tea! Will definitely be going back to try more flavours!
