Horrid customer experience. They manage all lost property in AT trains yet are abhorrently difficult to approach. Will only accept queries through voicemails, without an indication that your query has been accepted at all. Often will not contact you back and your query will be lost. Not acceptable.

Announced trains suspended due to emergency situation. I left avondale station towards my car and most passengers left. Within 3 mins train arrives from both ways while I was opening my car Really? There after train all normal. Get your standard up as what you announce for customers.

a real joke. they will cancel their trains and not provide you a refund. basically they're operating a scam. auckland is not a world class city. it's just a rubbish country town.
