Mico Plumbing

Not often in society do we offer good comments, choosing instead to complain, so when recently I had an urgent need to replace a toilet seat, Kaylan (Hastings) and Channel (Mt Wellington) at Mico Plumbing were absolutely outstanding, going beyond the usual customer service we have so become accustomed to here in NZ. When I had accidentally broken a toilet seat (LOL) while looking after a family members home in Napier and wanted to replace like with like but wasn't able to, they both went out of their way to accomodate. Kaylan searching ALL bathroom suppliers on the WWW and then hilariously funny Channel who just found the correct alternative available at their Auckland branch, by taking it off a showroom toilet suite rather than a seat on it's own. Problem solved, just like that and in a friendly unfussy way. I am so very grateful...... HUGE THANKS. Barb

Had the most amazing customer experience today from Tyler at the Penrose branch, he went out of his way to find a product that I couldn’t explain very well over the phone, Tyler listened, was supportive and followed through with calling me back. based on an injury and not knowing what the product was called, I needed to phone to make sure there was stick prior to having a friend drive me to collect. Thank you Tyler! You’re a superstar and MICO are lucky to have you!!
