My experience could have been better today. On entering Spark it was noted the couple in front of me hadn't scanned or signed in manually yet were served accordingly. I was told to scan or sign in before I even got in the door which I normally do anyway. Advised customer representative what occured with couple, she wasn't at all interested. Paid my invoice & requested to change wifi plan. Was told I had to have ID? Bank card with my name on or vaccination passport wasn't good enough for her. Overall I felt there seems to be rules for some and waived for others. Decided phoning Spark to change plan was safer option in light of this pandemic. Dissatisfied with Spark customer service today.

Charged my son for a service they couldn't deliver, tried charging my credit card repeatedly after being told to cancel it, made my sons phone unusable for weeks before I lost my temper enough to go in and find out what was going on. Turns out that they still hadn't fixed it. Not at all impressed. Try 2 degrees instead.
