Tonight was the Worst service i have ever received at this BP.I asked the lady for 2 large Mocha's along with my purchase.I then waited at the coffee counter for 10 minutes. The lady that first served me enquired if I had actually placed an order for coffee - I replied I had a while ago.She advised me that she didn't charge for the coffees and then called a young man to do them. No apologies received from either staff member.It was an effort for the young man to serve me and the coffees were definitely not the best I have tasted as they taste burnt! Sadly I am Very disappointed.

Please clean your toilets. I think saying those floors haven't been mopped in weeks is being conservative. Nice coffee and staff though.

I went there.. filled up GASAnd ordered coffee extra hot .. but coffee was just warm.. I asked her again whom made my coffee but she ignored.. !!!!!!!11th of July 2:00pm

One of the worst BPs to get a coffee, 20+ minutes waiting time on a Saturday. Two people behind the counter, management must be fired, they don't know how to run this place!

After a very verbally abusive EV driver in an MG vehicle came telling me to get off the f##%$!? Charger! The staff members were so apologetic and offered me a free coffee as the abusive customer did not have a clear understanding of the Bp charging conditions that are different to the free vector charge points. Charge net also have different restrictions according to the location. Here where the abusive behaviour was clearly seen on camera, a 45min-1hr wait time is considered reasonable for the paid service. Abusive customer did not read the p20 park signs correctly as the limit does not apply to the EV station. In fact the signs are not placed in front of this 2 bays.Staff were very considerate and supported the correct Bp charge operation for this particular incident for which I am grateful. I spoke to the 24/7 Bp charge helpline and they were prompt to answer my call and were also helpful and supportive.Photos for clarification so hopefully no one else has to be bullied off charging their vehicle. Been told to get of the ……. charger now! so aggressively is not something I’ve ever experienced. I’m so glad I told the customer to consult the staff for explanation rather than yelling at me whilst on a business call with a sleeping child in the back.I also like that this is a 75w charge where you can use both type chargers at the same time! Looking forward to seeing more Bp charge spots with friendly EV customers!

The indian lady behind the counter gives excellent customer service. She can teach the rest of the team behind the counter a thing or two. Just love her attitude, friendlyness, helpfulness. She is always consistent.BP needs to employ more people like her.10 STARS.

Kudos to bp for setting up ev charging and setting the best price for a fast rapid charger.

Great food great car wash and some time great Chai coffee

This BP could get very busy at times when ordering coffee.There were times I waited 15 minutes for a coffee. Mornings are normally the busiest.They do have EV charging stations.
