Worse bank , treated like rubbish after 25 years a customer . Would never ever have believed kiwibank has gone the way it has , with profit before it's people and customers . Terrible

Terrible credit card department. I had bought something online where the company was dodgy and charged me a monthly fee that I never agreed to pay. I reported it to kiwi bank credit card asap but they treated me as if it was my fault. They made me run around to recover my money. In the end I gave up my $600 as Kiwi bank never did anything to help me! There are so many better banks to deal with then Kiwibank don’t trust them to recover your money if this happens to you. They will use any excuse under the sun not to give your money back. Also very rude customer services always threatening to close your Credit card if you miss a payment.

Worst customer service of all time. Two hours on hold, tried to get hold of someone regarding an international payment that has not arrived, told to call back in a couple of days if it still hasn't turned up. Now I'm facing another 2 hour wait time to get through again. Kiwibank does not value my time. I wanted to deal with a NZ bank, at least the big Aussie banks know how to treat customers. Shame on you Kiwibank! Very disappointing:(

So happy they have an ATM machine downstairs for the public. Well done Kiwibank ;-)

Our organisation decided to transfer our three accounts to KiwiBank after a promised better service than that from Westpac. It was like transferring out of the frying pan into the fire but much worse. Trying to get signatories set up was a two month nightmare with very intermittent response to communication. Working with Kiwibank is like trying to push a boulder uphill, extremely difficult. I would suppose that the foundation stone of Jim Anderton and his political party and thesmall post office" mentality that still remains will cripple the bank for ever or until some larger entity buys it out and transforms it into a real bank

Super slow service. Waited 1hr 6mins for my call to be answered. Was my issue solved? Not at all. I have decided to change banks. What a disgrace Kiwibank get your stuff together useless company
