So I gave this a grumpy 1 star rating a few months ago and didn't add context.Went to the rugby a while ago, had a couple of beers through the first half, and some snacks.Everything was pretty chilled untill just after half time when I offered to buy a colleague a beer... but ALL (alcohol) options were shut down...Unbelievable...And if the clowns in charge don't understand why I find that unbelievable then...I give up.And...I don't know what to say,except I'm gutted... a die hard Crusaders supporter....and I will never, ever, ever, ever, ever come to a game or venue you muppets control again.Shame!

Home Stadium of Canterbury rugby and Crusaders team…very simple construction stadium that was built after the canterbury earthquakes…lots of carparks available at close range with pubs and shopping places around.. you will be very close to the ground

Went for my first rugby game. I found it very easy to find the food, drinks and my seat. Great atmosphere too

Easy to get into. Relatively easy to find your seat. Not the roomiest seats, but good to cheer on the best NZ rugby team!Go the Crusaders!!

To experience Sir Elton John in concert at Orangetheory stadium is a once in a lifetime opportunity! Outstanding!Great facility, clean toilets. Ushers friendly, welcoming & just amazing really. Christchurch - you really turned it on for Elton & us. Well done!

Honestly you can't beat the atmosphere of a home game at the Crusaders - the only thing that would make this better would be a covered stadium (which is coming!!!).This is a very well run venue, with easy access to your seats, amenities and has a small comfy feel. Sure you're a bit exposed if you're on the East or West stands, but since moving the TAKTF to under cover, the experience has improved measurably.Keep it up, we'll keep coming back!!!
