I'd still give 5 stars even if my tyre order didnt arrive as scheduled and had to come back on another day. Very busy place but helpful and nice people especially Bruce!

Terrible service. Terrible car. We had a window motor replaced on our Mazda CX 7 at substantial cost earlier this year, to make sure it would open and close properly. This was supposed to fix the issue.When we got the Mazda back, the window would still not move up or down properly. We brought it in again to check recently, together with some other issues to check on. After a quoted budget of nearly $ 5,000 for repairs on our older version CX 7 we decided it was not economical and went to retrieve the car.We were charged again for the check ups, but now have two windows that are not working. I have heard CX 7 is a problematic model based on a second opinion. I am not impressed with Mazda as a car option. I would not recommend servicing your car at Ford Wellington either. You just pay for issues to be fixed, but get more back once it has been serviced.

Bought tyres via Hyperdrive (good price) and installation was at the Ford Service Centre. Everything was organised well, and very friendly staff came out to the car and did the paperwork. Tyres fitted, text sent. Easy job. Really good service. Well done!
