Very reasonable pricesGreat Staff to deal withEven renegotiated our return of our hire car with ease.We will be backThankyou very much guysEDIT: Upon returning to New Zealand 3 years later my wife and I attempted numerous times to change our booking 2 days out as we were currently in Wellington and swamped in with terrible weather.No answer... no answer... no answerAN ANSWER oh sorry I cant change that booking im not in the office" asked who I could call as by this time our flight was the following morning... no one because only one phone runs the business and because old mate was having morning tea we couldnt fix things...Anyway so after 30 hours of freaking out we call Apex our north island car hire mob and they help us out within 15 minutes (life savers right!!!)Tried ringing these blokes to cancel the booking no luck... no answer... oh well so we sent an email stating we were cancelling our hire. Well the response given was sub par at best... "We have been operating for umteen years blah blah and have never taken a deposit and we trust our customers enough to not have to..." then threw on a guilt trip at the end saying that he couldnt even have morning tea with his son...News flash - You dont take deposits because lets face it youd have to offer good customer service and stand by your word to uphold said deposit.Not sure what has happened to you guys in the last 3 years but best of luck to you bothCall Apex car rentals for great deals and actual service... This was a really good customer experience. I used the car storage and pick up option when travelling abroad. It was so easy and allowed me to just drive home after my trip away. Lovely service and very helpful advice from Ken who told me what to expect on my return. My car was parked and ready for me and it was so nice too have a reliable business looking after it. If you want good service then this is a company you can trust.

We were a bit late for the pickup and the owner/manager was extremely rude. I called to check availability in the afternoon. I said I can come pick up the car in 20 min, and he asked me to come at 3 PM instead. After hanging up, I checked the time and it was already five minutes past 3 PM. So, I assumed he just wanted some time to get the car ready. We got there at 5 PM, and he made a big scene about how we were an hour and half late. I understand he tried calling us, and was unable to reach us. But, we tried calling him before going and he didn’t pick up the phone. On top of everything, he interrogated us on why we needed the car. Never been questioned this way by a rental car agency before. Very poor attitude. If you don’t want to serve customers, why don’t you just shut down shop and retire?AVOID this place and just go to one of the bigger agencies!

I will never use this business again. We wanted to store our car and caravan for 10 days while we were away and were made to feel like the uttermost inconvenience to these people. When we arrived we waited for 20 minutes in a parking lot accessable to any road traffic and we're almost scoffed at for wanting to put a lock on our caravan even though it was left in the open in this very lott. Our flight was delayed on the way home due to weather (by 30minutes) and were told by driver he had other plans he was now late for and to remove our belongings as quick as possible from the site so he could leave (it's only 6.30pm). We are new to Christchurch and have never been made to feel so unwelcome even though we paid to use this service. For the future airport rentals, just say no if you can't provide the service and we would happily have gone else where.

BEWARE. This business owner accepts no ownership or responsibility for damage to property left in their care. We were faced with the unwelcome cost of repairs after entrusting our vehicle to this extremely rude and dismissive individual. Buyer beware.

Good honest car rental service. Service was good cars were nice and clean and we'll maintained. The owner was very happy to help and offers a discount if you deal directly with them. I got a lot of trouble with rental cars in Christchurch before they found this place to be a cut above the rest

Left my car for 4+ weeks, all went fantastic. Probably best price in town. If I needed to park my car again, I will certainly come back. Can only recommend. Thank you.

I have been using this company for the last 5 years for car storage as I travel from Christchurch up to Tauranga several times a year. I have always had amazing service from Ken, Anthony and Pam, really lovely helpful people. I can leave my car here knowing that it is going to be well looked after and secure, their rates are also very affordable . I would highly recommend this company.

We left our car there for about 5 weeks before going to Asia and everything went great, no damages at all to the car. Ken is an amazing owner even when we had flight changes, he was quick to accommodate us with our situation. Best service out there for a very cheap price. Thank you Ken!! Highly recommend :)

Great place to store your car if you are flying out for a few months. The transaction was seemless. They pick up and drop off to the airport. You can even get your car washed before you return So helpful and friendly.
