after really looking forward to dining i was very disappointed with my experience. Firstly the wine menu was stained and grubby. we asked for replacement and it was not much better.We had to drink our water out of coffee mugs which i did not like and one was chipped. we asked for a replacement for that too. when my meal came it was incorrect which meant i had no meal for a time while my friends dinned. i had fish curry which was ok. Other friends had the duck salad which came in a bowl as large deep fried pieces of leg and breast!!the salad was really a garnish and not part of the meal at the bottom of the bowl. the sauce was very nice however. as one guest was my elderly aunt she found it difficult to eat as she had to use her fingers. not an experience she enjoyed or is used to when eating out at at a restaurant. a finger bowl was not supplied and had to use the bathroom to clean her hands. Two friends did enjoy the pork belly dish.Some of these disappointing elements to our night are very simple easy fixes, to make dinning a pleasure and i would think an expected part of running any good restaurant ,who want to attract and maintain customers.

Ordered the duck curry ($37) and it was really delicious & flavourful. Was not expecting to get half a duck for that price. Only downside was waiting 15-20 minutes for some coca cola after my meal.

Very nice lunch here. Shared a few dishes and the mango mock tail was also very yummy. Pleasant staff. Quick service. Clean. Cost $$-$$$

Fusion restaurants tend not to receive 5 stars from our picky Chinese family. But when MY parents are impressed, you know it’s the real deal. Duck curry, bun cha and pad thai were highlights, I am unsure why the pad thai came out in a clay pot but that’s part of the fun of fusion and it was delicious. They do tend to be fully booked and very packed, so if you want a warm seat away from the water feature at the door, make sure you book early and request it.

Service was good. Made room for us even without a booking on a relatively busy night. When food came out, it looked good but not without its issues. I had the duck curry, and it was cold, so I had to send it back to get it heated. Strange, considering many tables ordered the curry. However, the flavours were good.

Firstly, food was awesome. I highly recommend dining here: fresh flavours & nice presentation. Unfortunately on the evening we dined the service was painful. I suspect some of the new wait staff were learning the ropes tonight. Being a public holiday probably didn't help either.But hey, the duty manager apologised, and we weren't in a rush, so no drama. Main point here is : the meal was worth the wait.
