I have genuinely never felt so judged in a store before, the little blonde lady ignored me but gave a very warm welcome to my mother. When I was trying on a jump suit I popped my head out as I needed a bigger size. Again the little blonde lady was near so I asked her for a lager size. She gave me a filthy look and just said no.... didn't even look around until I asked her to double check. Then went to check took forever, came back and ignored me again, talking to another customer who walked out to check her outfit in the mirror. Wouldn't acknowledge me until I asked her loudly what's happening with the size up. Won't be going back.

Great collection. Really nice experience. Browsed here for some gifts, ended up getting various stuff. Nicely treated by all. The staff responsibly took care for prompting suggestions, acknowledged the exact needs and served with the best available solution.

Most of the staff, especially the manager, are very rude in that they dont even acknowledge customers walking in and browsing their store. Terrible customer service.
