Car was overheating on SH5 between Napier and Taupo, called this company for a pickup, they said they would send someone out, guy never showed, no follow up call. We ended up limping the car back to Taupo in the dark, terrible service.

What an awesome service from these guys! Our vehicle broke down at Lake Waikaremoana and in conjunction with our insurance company a tow truck was organised to collect the vehicle and take it to Taupo, but not only that a loan car was dropped off at the same time so we could continue our trip. Thank you very much for the great service.

Huge thanks to Terry! He is the man! I got a camper van stuck in some pretty muddy grass late at night, and after quite a few efforts to get it out, my partner decided to give Taupo Towing Company a call. Within moments he arrived. He was so calming, understanding and thoughtful. In the matter of minutes he managed to help guide our huge camper van back onto the roads.I was super anxious and frustrated about getting bogged down and Terry definitely put my mind at ease. Absolute legend! Highly recommend them!
