For the renovation of a whole house we needed consultancy for the tiling of different area (bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, outside, fireplace etc.). Nelson Tile & Slate did a great job of guiding us through the process. They were extremely knowledgeable, customer-orientated and helpful. The response time to emails were just seconds. In every step they went the extra mile. The level of professionality is outstanding. I highly recommend Nelson Tile & Slate if you look for beautiful tiles and best advices.

Tried four times to get a quote for a small job re tiling a hearth. Two visits two emails. Still waiting for a quote and the jobs been done by Tile Direct. Much better service. If you don't want the job just say so. Don't keep promising and not delivering.

They did an excellent job whilst I was away. Wish I'd use them for my bathroom tiling. Definitely recommend and a lot cheaper (half the price, literally) of another quote I reviewed

Great selection of latest tiles,friendly staff always happy to help with selection. Great communication with delivery dates. Contractors were just the best, brilliant tilers, respectful of where they were working and always considerate. Couldn't fault any of the process, thoroughly recommend.
