Noel Leeming Hamilton

There's nothing I despise more than being ignored by shop staff when I'm clearly waiting for assistance. A simple acknowledgement that I exist to any one of the 3 staff members stood mere metres away was apparently too much to ask. Another guy joined them, playing on his phone while walking clean past me stood at the counter, then finally looked at me to ask if I needed anything. Not good enough.

Very helpful staff team member. I was looking for an adapter but they were all sold out. She said they had more ordered but no confirmation date. Very polite and helpful.

Beware and read the reviews for this company! This has been the worst experience. Over 1.5months to get a dryer repaired and 16 staff members 9 emails and over 7 phone calls all to be told to contact the repair agent or laughed at for asking for a refund when the product could not be repaired in a timely manner. During this experience I have been told I did not have a warranty by a customer care team leader, to deal with the repair agent directly, that 6 to 8 weeks is a normal timeframe awaiting parts and perfectly legal, laughed at in store, 1 week waiting for a complaint to be acknowledged by the management team, no way of raising a formal complaint through their website. This all appears to be actions to avoid their responsibilities under the consumer guarantees act.I also confirmed there is no person who can authorize a refund in store on the weekend in Hamilton. In short they will take your money but good luck getting it back. We feel we have no choice but to progress with legal action just to hold this company responsible for their behaviour.

Probably the best Noel Leeming branch in Hamilton. Extremely helpful staff, very patient. I kept getting urgent work calls between my purchase and I was feeling bad to interrupt while this lovely lady was trying give me information. Thank you Jenn P you are lovely! Compared with other Noel Leeming stores, the staff are quite thinly spread here and I guess have to deal with quite a lot, thus can be quite grumpy. Other than that a fairly good store but again not as well stocked as others maybe due to the limited size.

Bought a laptop through click and collect option.. when I came to collect they says someone else collected it. They ask me to wait almost 1.5 hr on my foot and they came with laptop and said, they didn’t check the id.. and said, if you wanna tale the laptop you can take it or can ask for the refund through online.. The staff and the store manager was so rude. The don't care about the customer.
