Whatever you're thinking, just don't. Avoid this service, and avoid any headaches they'll likely give you. The bag size is great, but good luck actually getting them around to pick it up (after you've paid them $94 up front). It's now been 5 & 1/2 weeks since I paid and requested the pick up. After 4 weeks I emailed, they said they'd already picked it up (they didn't), and would try to get a truck out. It's now been a week & a half and still no pickup, and they're ignoring my emails...great stuff guys, real nice.

This is the first time writing a bad review.Absolutely appalling service!Not just becasue you took far too long to pick up our bags, but your driver thought he was only picking up 1 bag, not 2.I showed him our invoice that clearly showed 2 bags, and he wasn't interested.The worse thing is, he couldn't contact anyone in the office and said most of them are gone by now. It was only 3.30!We had been waiting far too long for him just to pick up 1 bag, and we most definitely didn't pay $298.00 for 1 bag.Over 30 minutes of high stress caused to my wife and I, he finally found out that his system was wrong.No appology was given at all.You really need to sort this out, that is terrible!Do you wonder why you have so many bad reviews?It was our fault for not looking at them before we bought a Flexibin.Some advice, if you want to stay in business, you'll have to make some big improvements. People give this place bad reviews but my experience with them for the first time was quite decent and quite effortless.Bought the bag on Friday, filled it up and book a pick up service over the weekend.They managed to collect the rubbish on Wednesday (within 3 working days). No difficulty at all.

Terrible customer service. Spent 35 minutes on hold to the customer service team trying to figure out when they would collect my bin. Was told end of the week, called back Monday as it wasn't collected. Told it had been collected when it wasn't and someone would call. no one called. 12 business days and counting. Who knows when it will be collected.

Worst customer service ever, the services they provide is a scam. They cannot do what they promise they would do. No responding to emails, every time I call their 0800 number and being promised our flexibin would be picked up on a certain date/time, no truck never come and no communication being made from their team, we always have to be the one to follow up. When they say they will call you to give you an update, they never do, this includes senior management to whom our case was forwarded to. We booked for our flexbin pick up on 23 March and today is 1 May, I still don't have an update as when a pick up can be arranged. This breaks their promises of maximum 10 working days. Would not recommend them to anyone. I have also emailed and ask for a refund as they cannot do what they promised to do within the agreed time frame, it has been three weeks and I have not heard back. Why is it so difficult to get a service we paid for? Very disappointed.

The driver came to my house about 7:30am (so he says). My car was blocking the bin so he could get it. He says he called and knocked on the door. I have no miss calls and I have cameras. It shows that he came down the driveway, stopped and left. What he said is a lie. Now I have to wait until next week for my flexi bin to be picked up. I been waiting almost 3 weeks now. Over a month after pickup request and my three Flexi bins are still sitting in my driveway. The smell and things that the bins attract are absolutely unbearable. Every time you call the helpline it's the same we are busy we can't give you an ETA" response". Stay away from Flexi bins

I needed an urgent pick up before new owners moved into my house. I explained the circumstances and was very happy that the flexibin was collected within 2 days of my request. Such a relief for me, and very good service indeed. Thank you all at Flexibin for your help.

I would give a negative star review if I could!Ordered removal of a flexibin on the 6th JANUARY, it is now 27th February. It has almost been…… 8 WEEKS!!!!……..(40 working days)I have called to raise the issue and still no collection!!!the lawn under the bin is now well and truly dead.I want the bin gone and my money back so I can repair my lawn!I have never seen such a shambles of an operation!Do Not Use this service!UPDATE…….As to the response from flexi bin below.I had a note on my pickup order to call me prior to pickup so I can arrange to move my dogs out of the yard. The driver called me 10min prior during the middle of the work day while I was at work. he said he would come back later in the day but never called or showed up.I have had issues with long waits for bins to be collected off my clients properties before but I am not one to complain so its a shame this could not have been resolved when I FIRST rung to complain it took me posting it online for everyone to see before any action was taken!What a useless company!

Asked for 3m flexibin and was sold the purple one by staff . Found out after I drove 2 hours to my mums house and spent the afternoon filling it with household rubbish they would not collect it as its an Auckland only bin. Nothing on packet to say that. Nothing on receipt. Phoned customer service..did not get back to me. Paid $216 as it was a pre paid collection. Now have bin on lawn killing the grass as the won't collect it even though only orange colour bin contents inside...because there is more than 1 colour bin.
