Fantastic service, very professional team. Found them very knowledgeable. Great communication, on time and for a messy job you wouldn't of known that they were on site as they left everything how they found it. We had an issue the fireplace a few weeks after the clean and the chimney clinic crew were onsite the next day sorting it. Thanks team.

Jeffery was super knowledgeable and his experience shows! We have an old coal range that no one could advise us on. Jeffery knew every aspect of the coal range, some details we thought were only ornamental. Thank you for your patience and sharing your knowledge with us. We are very cozy tonight! Jeffery was LOVELY! He is clearly passionate about what he does, and shared really helpful advice about getting the most out of the heat from our fireplace, as well as savvy wood tips. Attention to detail in clean up, too. Definitely recommend this company.

Today Geoffrey came to clean my chimney, he was extremely knowledgeable and thought me lots I didn’t know! As a first home buyer I wanted to get the chimney cleaned to ensure we are covered over winter and when Geoffrey left I actually understood how to best utilise my woodburner! Thanks team, great service and will definitely recommend.

Geoff visited our home today to conduct a chimney clean and inspection of our logburner. He was friendly and professional and we learned so much from him, including how to use our burner more efficiently. He did a really thorough job and we can already feel the effects of his work. My dad hired these people to check and clean the chimney. We get home, the inside of the fire place is a mess and the description card only says the price, it doesn't say the chimney is safe or unsafe, if anything needs to be done or not, infact it doesn't even state that the chimney was cleaned. When he called the customer service line the guy on the phone didn't even know what was going on and simply said oh I don't know. Instead of helping or explaining anything. Useless. Would not recommend.

Really great service and very reasonably priced. I had Chimney Clinic clean my chimney a couple of months ago and they also replaced a part from the top of the chimney that had blown off in high winds. Wow, what a difference it's made - wood now burns far more efficiently and the fireplace generates a lot more heat now that we're not losing it all up the chimney. Friendly and fast service, I'll definitely be using them again.

Lovely experience. Haven't used the fireplace in probably 15 years and don't know much about fires. Very friendly comms via email before the appointment. When the guy arrived he was friendly and relaxed. He did the clean, but best part was the advice he shared about the type of fireplace I had, how to light, best setup for type of fireplace (keeping ash for this type). He said what he told me 'was probably all on google' but it was so nice to have an expert share their advice and be interested in exploring questions with a newbie. Will definitely use again.
