Tom and the team did a fantastic job the multiple times they've worked on my mechanical nightmare of a Nissan Juke.The customer service is top notch, showing me exactly what they replaced, why they replaced it, and a great estimate of what it would cost.Genuinely would recommend to friends and whānau - it's a great team that can deal with any problem you throw at them!The Juke is driving like a dream and isn't squealing anymore - Pickett Automotive saved my sanity as well as my car!

This is the best mechanic I have found in the Te Rapa area and my new go-to in Hamilton. The receptionist was super friendly and really helpful. Quick and thorough warrant and repairs, always transparent before work being done. Quality service! I'll be recommending to everyone! Thanks Team
