I had the best experience with Naomi last week. I only popped in to browse and walked out with a new work outfit. At the time of payment Naomi was engaging (don’t get me wrong the other ladies were also amazing!) and worked out a new outfit with a dress I bought earlier in the year but had no idea how to style. Thank you so much - I’ll be back soon!

I love shopping here! The store is always presented beautifully and the team are super helpful, friendly and know just how to build the perfect outfit. Special shoutout to the wonderful store manager Naomi, she is such a vibe an asset to the brand!

Since the closing and of Kimberley's I had to find some where else to shop. Max filled that gap. They have nice styles at a reasonable price. Went back again this year for there lovely cashmere sweaters. Their sales items are even better. The staff are nice and always friendly and helpful.

Cashier wouldn't even look up my family discount in the system, instead questioned me on my relation to the person who gave the discount and denied me because the person wasn't technically a blood relative. I shouldn't have to explain why that's invasive and nonsensical.

Came into Max and had the best shopping experience with the help of Katie, she was so helpful finding lots of new outfits for me, with items I could mix and match with each other. Katie knew what would look good on me and I left feeling so confident with my new clothes.
