I recently had to lodge an insurance claim and decided to go with Novus Westgate for the repairs. From start to finish, the team at Novus Westgate was incredibly friendly and efficient.Special mention needs to be made of Chrissy, who was my main point of contact throughout the process. She was always available to answer any questions I had and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. She made the entire process stress-free and I felt like she genuinely cared about my satisfaction.The quality of the repairs was also top-notch and I am extremely satisfied with the final result. I would highly recommend Novus Westgate to anyone. They truly go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and deliver excellent results.

Useless. Unable to do windscreen repair unless all fault codes are removed even if unrelated to windscreen. Can't get the car back to them without the fault codes coming back on as the windscreen needs replacing. Round and round in circles. Use smith&Smith instead and save yourself some time and energy

Excellent customer service. Sorted it all out with my insurance to save me the trouble of having to. Fast and easy. I'd definitely use them again.

So I booked for 11am, two days later than the earliest availability knowing it was a 3 hour job, meaning I could pick the car up about 2pm while theres no traffic. I got a text reconfirming the time, they shifted it to 11:30, I drop it off quarter of a hour early for their convenience, 3pm rolls around and I’ve not been called yet so I follow up and am told the car can be collected at 4:15. Cue me having to uber there right between school and peak hour traffic, having to close the shop I work in because my colleague is gone for the day, then sit in traffic to get back to work. 0/10 not impressed, y’all are either over booking or don’t have enough staff, sort it out.

Highly recommend! It was my second time back to the shop, feeling kindly、professional and I can’t remember when was warm service by last time. I would like to say thanks to three lovely ladies ( Chrissy/ Janet/ Manager) you guys are awesome.
