Reasons for marks are that I wasn't given the gold card discount straight away. I paid full price 1st night. Girlfriend was to pay 2nd night but the proprietor took it apon herself without telling me to take 2nd payment from my card , Absolutely not ok! We had to ask for the discount on check out she wasn't that switched on about how much, discount disappointing!!!Very noisy traffic but a good 10 minute walk into town.

friendly owners. friendly cat, i would have allowed it to spend the night in my room if it wasn't for my girlfriend. owner gave us nice portion of milk when we arrived. big bathroom, room is nice. however, situation next to the main road, you can hear cars zooming past. not too big a problem for me because i sleep with double layers of air plugs/earmuffs, but if you are a light sleeper like me but you dont use noise blocking earplugs/muffs when you sleep, you might get woken up by the sound of cars driving by. its not engine sound, but rather the sound of whoosh of air (as the cars are travelling quite fast) my girlfriend slept soundly despite the noise so if you are not a light sleeper then it should be okay.

Didnt feel as I had any privacy as they just let themselves into your room and cleaners would go through personal belongings

Didn't stay my partner rang to book a room and was told he was an idiot and was hung up on. I phoned back and stated that I would like to please book a room, I was told I can book online was very unimpressed about having someone wanting to book over the phone and told me good luck in finding somewhere else. I did they were super helpful and a quarter of the price

Rooms are spacious & cleaning is spotless regularly done which is awesome they even do your shower out ❤ love it

Staff are amazing and the rooms are always left spotless after being cleaned.

Couldn't fault anything. Very clean. Nice spa unit. Plunger coffee in unit. Nice and spacious.Highly recommend
