Very kind and caring staffs . I would strongly recommend this place for your loved ones that you will fill they are in good hands.

Nothing about the place itself, but the driver of your guys van has tried cutting me off the road while I was riding. Then he tried to attack me when we pulled over. Get it together

These people are kind and caring which is wonderful for me as they care for my Mum. I live in Australia so it's great to know that Mum is in good hands

The level of simple compassion is absent here and it feels that staff are doing what it takes to receive their pay cheque. Of course there are exceptions however when your mum is dying and you just want to visit her as you haven't been able to for some time it would be nice to receive at least some compassion. I know covid complicates things but I also suspect not every resident is in their final moments right now. You should not need to wait over 4 hours on these grounds for someone to get back to you when they have a moment.i would never have expected such a callous way of dealing with this situation
