what a beautiful place. full of tech.. my eyes were opened and now i see how advanced this world has become. the next time i walk into the store i might just find Elliot showing me a time machine, oh yeah about Elliot..... he is just the sweetest, most helpful and an overall amazing worker here. please do increase his pay. 10/10 would visit again.

Very bad costumer service!I wanted to return a faulty item, two weeks old with receipt.Arrogantly informed that, if I don't have the packaging (cardboard box), I can't return it.After throwing my toys and calling the manager I finally got the replacement.Rude.

Absolute top notch service from the team at Jaycar in New Plymouth. Visiting with my elderly mother they could not have been more patient, resourceful and knowledgeable. They also had the product we needed. A+ all round.
