Really easy contactless pickup and drop off right beside the airport terminal. We had the cheapest car style available and it was great - clean, drove well, awesome on gas. Luckily we'd brought along our own FM transmitter for music as there didn't seem to be any way to connect a phone, but if that's the only improvement to be made then there's no complaints here at all! Great service overall, we will definitely use RaD again.

Fantastic communication to set up the booking, pick up from outside the airport was super easy and the car was in great condition and ran flawlessly.Easy return, good pricing.Will use them again when I return to Dunedin!

Amazing experience, clean and well groomed cars, very simple and clear pickup/drop-off instructions. Had no issues at all, and being affordable and just by the airport were huge pluses. 5 stars. Highly recommend. Looking forward to using RaD again.

We hired a car from Rad Hire for a week and we were really impressed by the whole service - the car pick-up/ drop-off process was super easy and efficient, and the vehicle we hired was in immaculate condition. We would definitely use rad hire again :)

Fast, great communications, easy pick up and return with a lock box and no wait. Pre-pick up it was an online form to complete ahead of time. Good car, very clean and tidy and met our needs fine. Would use RaD again and recommend to others. We'll be back.

Nice roomy Toyota Corolla saloon. Easily carries 4 adults and baggage.Good service - all done online - on email.Only problem was finding the car in the dark at 9.30pm, at Dunedin Airport. RAD sign not very big, and map of carpark needs to be clearer.

Very happy with the car, and the service. The older gentleman (my age ) couldn,t have been more helpful. I didn,t return the car when I said I would due to a flight change and me forgetting to let them know. They rang to see why and were very understanding and helpful. I will definitely use this company again.
