Impossible after sales service.I have a problem with my extractor fan within warranty and was given a claim number at the start of December (3 months ago). The only way to contact the repair administrator is through the call centre and even they have to email as no one answers the phone even for them.The only person that can escalate your claim is the repair administrator but if they don’t answer the phone or emails you can never escalate the claim.In the end I was even given a case number by the call centre but that didn’t help. ended up getting the name of the repair company from them and ringing myself to try to sort it!You need to get a lot better at your communication skills and improve the after sales systems you have in place.

After sales is terrible. Paid $150 for a warranty. When I returned the device for repair, I had to pay another $100 excess. Was told it would be resolved in 5 days. Tried to ring a week later. Call centre knows nothing and the Dunedin store don't answer their phone. After 13 days I got through and they still know nothing but it will be a few days". Not happy."

Rung them 5 times, didn’t pick up once. Been waiting on an iPad they said would take 10 days to get here. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t heard a thing.

usually get good service here. if you want expert advice go during the week when the old hands are working, especially since the staff are very rushed on the weekends. good for home and entertainment goods, gamers should go elsewhere. has all the brands you'd expect. should be on you list of places to check out before buying.
