Great experience! I'm doing a bike tour of the south island and broke my iPhone by packing it too tight. I dropped off the phone late night and JT called me the next morning with it fixed. It was awesome to have my phone back in working order and great to get it early morning so I could hit the road ASAP. He rocked it and gave me a solid price with an original replacement screen that he gave a year warranty to back up his work.Solid person and solid work, thanks again for the quick help!

I spilled water on my macbook - macbook didn't like it and I took it to MAC111 for its excellent reviews. I wasn't disappointed. Not only is the mac alive again, but I got it back the same day, for an amount of money that seems really reasonable. Really appreciate it, thank you!

This business was recommended to me for an issue I was having with my Iphone and also my Macbook Air. They were easy to get hold of and SUPER knowledgeable! Even more than that, they advised me of a much more cost effective way to solve my problem - which meant that they missed out on my business but I saved a bunch of money. I really appreciated dealing with a business that has integrity over profits - as well as knowing what they talking about. Highly recommend

Over several years and with a bunch of varied device issues I have always found Jontaine to be methodical, professional and very easy to deal with. I've found his services to be amazing value too.At other repair places I've been left a bit unsure if they are actually acting in the best interests of me as their customer. In contrast, Jontaine has always provided the best possible solution at the lowest possible cost to me. I wouldn't even consider taking any of my Apple issues anywhere else.

Third time I've used this guy for my phone repairs. Very accommodating & he fixed battery, cleaned charging port & changed screen all in about 15 minutes. Cool dog to hang out with while I waited which is always a bonus!Only cost me $70, & he even gave me a spare car charger as mine wasn't working well. Would highly recommend, thanks so much.
